Why choose lab-grown rather than natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with essentially the same material properties as natural diamonds, typically at a lower price for comparable specifications. This can give you more room for size, colour, clarity or a personal setting. Specialist laboratories can identify their different origins.
Can you make necklaces, pendants, earrings or bracelets too?
Yes. Share photographs or sketches with us on WhatsApp, even if the design is not in our catalogue. We’ll discuss what is possible, suitable materials and a quotation before you decide.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They have essentially the same chemical composition, crystal structure and optical properties as natural diamonds. Their origin is different, and a laboratory report identifies that origin.
What certificates come with my jewellery?
Your gold is BIS hallmarked. Every solitaire stone has its own IGI certificate; smaller diamonds are supplied with their supporting certification. We review the solitaire report, supporting documentation for smaller or side diamonds, and gold hallmark details with you before delivery. You can check the solitaire report number through IGI and the six-character HUID through the BIS Care app. We explain which documents apply to each part of your piece; side stones do not necessarily have individual IGI reports.
Can I share a design I found online?
Yes. Send a reference image and tell us what you like about it. We’ll discuss a design inspired by your reference, adjusted to your taste, budget and practical setting requirements.
How long will my piece take?
Allow a minimum of three weeks. Complex designs can take longer. We’ll confirm the schedule for your design during consultation.
Which gold options do you offer?
We offer 9k, 14k, 18k and 22k gold. The suitable option depends on the design and setting, and we’ll discuss it with you before making.
Can I collect or arrange delivery?
You can collect in Mysore or arrange delivery. Delivery outside Mysore has a charge, which will be confirmed with your quotation. Visits are by appointment; please message first.
How do I send my reference image?
Open WhatsApp from the enquiry form, then attach your reference image in the conversation. Review your message and press Send. The website does not upload or automatically attach files.
